Terms of Booking
We accept the major credit cards and electronic payment methods.
To confirm, we’re asking for a 10% deposit of the total amount to be made via bank transfer or credit card for the reservation. The remaining balance can be paid in cash or by credit card on the day of departure. This is a standard procedure for many services.
Our Friendly Cancellation Policy
Unforeseen Circumstances
If you have to cancel due to unexpected events like Covid-19 restrictions, travel restrictions or etc, don’t worry!
We’ll happily refund your deposit.
Weather Conditions
If the weather decides not to cooperate and it’s choppy, rainy, or foggy, we’ve got you covered. Your safety and comfort are our priority, so we’ll refund your deposit.
3. Technical Glitches
Sometimes things don’t go as planned. If there’s a technical issue, like a boat engine failure, we’ll do our best to find an alternative that’s just as good, if not better, depending on what’s available. If we can’t make a change, you’ll get a full refund.
4. Change of Plans
If you decide to cancel for personal reasons, please note that the deposit is non-refundable.
